Request a return through your online account within 30 days of receipt. Once approved, follow the email instructions and return using a tracked service (postage at your cost) within 14 days of making the request. Do not attach labels directly to shoe/boot boxes.
Store Returns
Some items may be returned to a Rugby Heaven store with advance notice and printed proof of purchase. Stores cannot issue refunds; they only confirm receipt for our returns team.
